Physical Level 1: For individuals who engage in occasional physical activity, positive elevation gain up to 200m.
Physical Level 2: For individuals who engage in regular physical activity, positive elevation gain up to 500m.
Physical Level 3: For individuals who engage in regular endurance activities, positive elevation gain up to 800m or multi-day route, or route above 3000m.
Physical Level 4: For individuals who engage in regular endurance activities, positive elevation gain up to 1000m.
Physical Level 5: For individuals who engage in intensive endurance activities, positive elevation gain exceeding 1000m.
Technical Level 1: For occasional walkers, capable of navigating wide, groomed trails.
Technical Level 2: For occasional walkers, capable of navigating well-defined paths on gentle slopes.
Technical Level 3: For occasional snowshoe hikers, capable of navigating well-defined and slightly uneven paths or navigating off-trail on short, gentle sections.
Technical Level 4: For regular snowshoe hikers, capable of navigating well-defined and rugged paths or navigating off-trail routes on gentle slopes.
Technical Level 5: For experienced snowshoe hikers, capable of navigating off-trail routes on rugged slopes.

The group option brings together people who may not know each other. It is ideal for those seeking the conviviality of a group and an attractive rate.
Dates (group option): Thursdays during the February holidays
Meeting point (group option): 4:30 PM in front of the Chamonix Guides Company
Supervision (group option): Group of 8 people supervised by a guide. Children must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by a parent.
2025 Rate (group option): €95 per person

This rate does not include:
- Hiking boots
Departure: The activity will take place with a minimum of 6 registered participants. Maximum of 8 people per guide.
