Physical Level 1: For individuals who engage in occasional physical activity, positive elevation gain up to 200m.
Physical Level 2: For individuals who engage in regular physical activity, positive elevation gain up to 500m.
Physical Level 3: For individuals who engage in regular endurance activities, positive elevation gain up to 800m or multi-day route, or route above 3000m.
Physical Level 4: For individuals who engage in regular endurance activities, positive elevation gain up to 1000m.
Physical Level 5: For individuals who engage in intensive endurance activities, positive elevation gain exceeding 1000m.
Technical Level 1: For occasional walkers, capable of navigating wide, groomed trails.
Technical Level 2: For occasional walkers, capable of navigating well-defined paths on gentle slopes.
Technical Level 3: For occasional snowshoe hikers, capable of navigating well-defined and slightly uneven paths or navigating off-trail on short, gentle sections.
Technical Level 4: For regular snowshoe hikers, capable of navigating well-defined and rugged paths or navigating off-trail routes on gentle slopes.
Technical Level 5: For experienced snowshoe hikers, capable of navigating off-trail routes on rugged slopes.

With your snowshoes on, transform your family or friends holiday in unforgettable moments in a magical atmosphere. Leave for a friendly day to discover the Chamonix Valley and enjoy its unique atmosphere at the foot of the Mont-Blanc. For all experiences and physical shapes, our perfect knowledge of the area enables us to offer customised excursions. We also organises snowshoe hikes on glacier, as well as half a day snowshoeing hikes.
