UNUSUAL OUTINGS
Tuesday : Sunrise at Les Ayères
We leave the Guides' company early in the morning for a refreshing sunrise hike. Our minibus takes us to the starting point of this excursion. Depending on the departure date, we may use headlamps to start our ascent towards Lac Vert. Nature awakens and the rising sun bathes the summit of Mont-Blanc in its rosy rays.
As we continue our ascent, we may be lucky enough to spot deer, roe deer and ibex as we make our way towards the Ayères mountain pasture. You'll be privileged to enjoy the peace and quiet of this site, far from the hustle and bustle of early morning hikers who have risen later. We head back down mid-morning to be back before lunchtime.
A cool early-morning hike offers a unique experience, allowing you to take full advantage of the beauty of nature and the Alpine landscape.
Massif elevation : 600m
Wednesday evening : Sunset at Chailloux
We begin a magnificent ascent towards Pierre Blanche, the gateway to the Carlaveyron Nature Reserve. Our destination is the Chailloux mountain pasture, where we may spot a few chamois enjoying the cool, quiet evening.
Once we've arrived, we settle down to enjoy our picnic lunch while gazing at a superb sunset over the majestic Mont Blanc massif. It's a privileged moment to connect with nature and appreciate the beauty of the mountains.
The descent takes place at dusk, as night gradually falls. Equipped with our headlamps, we make our way in complete safety to our starting point at around 11pm.
